I am Associate Professor in English at Örebro University, Sweden, and have a particular research interest in the intersections between politics and the periodical press. I was part of the team of colleagues who founded ESPRit in 2009 and have served in a number of different roles within the society before being elected Chair of ESPRit in 2019. I am also one of the founding editors of the Journal of European Periodical Studies (JEPS), now in its seventh year, and still work as part of the JEPS editorial team.
